The one thing that sticks out to me after reading these rankings is that some of these people clearly don’t know what went on in these games. I know you can’t be expected to watch every game, but both ESPN and Fanhouse cited Eli Manning as having a bad game. Anyone who watched the game or read an article about it knows that none of the picks were his fault."
Rich, I completely agree. And this is something that pervades the mainstream sports media when it comes to the Giants and Eli Manning, there has been a persistent negative bias since he became the starter… and there is obviously little he can do about it to shake their unwarranted criticisms. My rant about it is in this weeks Unpacking The Win segment as well.
