Heads up — the Eagles were the only NFC East team to win today, so they are tied at 1-1 with the Redskins who lost in OT just moments ago to the Texans. The Cowboys, who few had predicted (cough) fell to 0-2 after losing to the Bears at home. So regardless of how the Giants fare in Indianapolis tonight, Dallas will be last in the division come Monday morning.
That leaves the Giants with an opportunity to go 2-0 and be in charge of the Beast with a win tonight in Indianapolis. The worst that can happen is the Giants lose and end up in a 3-way tie for first in their division heading into next week, not too shabby.
