Lockout to Continue

In a totally unexpected decision, the 8th Circuit has opted to keep the stay on the injunction. In other words, the lockout continues. And no, I am not surprised nor was it unexpected. I am just being snarky.
The 8th Circuit is an owner’s dream as it is comprised of the most Republican nominated bench in the country. 9 of the 11 justices are Republicans including 7 of those nine nominated by a former team owner (baseball) George W. Bush. Good to know we no longer have to deal with those intellectually ingenuous, liberal, activist judges as described by the inimitable Robert Bork.
