Update: Tuck, Osi, Kiwi, and JPP Will All Play In Arizona
By author
According to multiple sources, Justin Tuck and Osi Umenyiora made the trip to Arizona yesterday. That means both players will play in today’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Tuck is recovering from a strained groin and recurring neck issue — and said practice Friday left him feeling like “crap”. He said of his condition though that if he made the flight, he would be playing Sunday. It looks like that will be the case today.
Osi Umenyiora on the other hand has been limited in practice recovering from knee surgery – but Coach Tom Coughlin has been impressed with his progress and performance this past week. Coughlin told the press:
"“I have been impressed by what he has been able to do”"
Sounds like another green light for Osi today.
This will be the first time since week 3 of last year that the full list of Giants pass rushers will be able to take the field at the same time. Tuck, Osi, Kiwi, and JPP will all play today in Arizona and it looks like that famous NASCAR package will have to be dusted off and tried out for the first time in WAY too long.
