Oregon coach Chip Kelly will be the new head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.

After firing Andy Reid immediately after the regular season came to an end, the Eagles have been on a search for a new head coach and now they have found a good fit.

Kelly was rumored to be staying with Oregon but there was no official announcement made by the school.

After being interviewed by the Eagles, the Buffalo Bills and the Cleveland Browns, he made the decision to leave Oregon and make Philadelphia his new home.

In four years at Oregon, Kelly went 46-7, including a 12-1 record this past season. He brought Oregon to four straight BCS bowl games and won three Pac-12 championships.

This is a refreshing change for an Eagles franchise that has been in complete disarray for the past few years.
