The Eagles will win this game with QB Mike Vick or with QB Nick Foles. It won’t matter which one starts. Tampa Bay is 0-4 and last week they released the starting QB Josh Freeman and started rookie QB Mike Glennon. The Mike Glennon led Buccaneers managed to score just 10 points against a Cardinals’ defense that was giving up 26.3 pts/g. The Eagles are scoring 27 pts/g.
