A 5th round selection by Rex Ryan and the Jets back in 2010, John Conner is now paving the path for Giants running backs to reach the second level. Conner’s blocking effort against Oakland was his best since joining the team in late September, grading out at 2.4 by Pro Football Focus on 28 offensive snaps. The Jints have sorely missed the Henry Hynoski lead block, power presence, but for at least one week Conner filled his shoes. He punished various members of the Raiders front seven along the way:
