Broncos @ Patriots +2.5 — O/U 54

This is a dream matchup for the Sunday night game. In what could well be an AFC Championship Game preview, the fans will get what promises to be playoff football in November. Two of the best QB’s that have ever graced the NFL gridiron will be showcased in prime time. Manning is having another epic season, Brady is continuing to play at the highest level, even without top quality WR’s.

New England’s head coach, Bill Belichick, gets the nod here scheming for this game. Del Rio might be out classed in this regard, but he will be helped by the coach on the field in Manning.

The Patriots have plenty more going for them coming into this game. They don’t lose at home. They don’t lose 2 games in a row. Brady in cold weather is superior to Manning in similar conditions.

Denver, the team to beat this year in the NFL, is loaded with talent. Montee Ball is even starting to contribute. Big deal you say? What he adds is a RB that can give the Broncos the coup de gras. Ball gives them ability to run out the clock as we transform into playoff football mode.

Somehow Denver is -2 in turnovers, while the Pats are +7. This will be the deciding factor in this game. The team that doesn’t turn the ball over will win. I believe that will be the Broncos, so lay the wood!

Good luck beating your man!
