Newly hired HC Ken Whisenhunt is a TE guru.  That being said, if he can make Delanie Walker into the player the Titans paid for it would be to their advantage to have another play making TE on the other side —   much like the way the Patriots had with Gronk and you know who.  Whisenhunt can give Jake Locker two really big targets, which would also help this offense if they do plan on letting RB Chris Johnson go in free agency.
