13. St. Louis Rams

With the success of Kenny Vaccaro for the Saints last year with the 15th pick, I’m thinking that St. Louis tries to get their safety of the future in HCD. Clinton-Dix had 52 tackles in only 11 games last year. The Rams could use a playmaker to play centerfield for the defense. Clinton-Dix needs to add some strength to his 6’1” 209lbs frame, but he has all the talent in the world and would be a welcome addition to a 19th ranked Rams defense with holes on the back line.
