The Ravens panic here after the guy they really want in Evans is taken just the pick before.  Lee is a good talent, but at 6’0” 195 he doesn’t have the stature you would want for a #1 receiver.  He will be a good compliment to Torrey Smith and Ed Dickson once he is resigned, but the Ravens could use a good corner and Justin Gilbert is still available.  GM Ozzie Newsome will have his hands full.
