James’ Take: Cleveland couldn’t ask for a better fit.  Brian Hoyer is coming off ACL surgery, and if you watched football in the past 2 seasons you can tell Brandon Weeden is not the answer.  Manziel will be a great fit under new HC Mike Pettine and will be worked in slowly if Hoyer is healthy.  If Hoyer is not healthy, Johnny football may be the starter in week 1.
