James’ Take: How can you make a bad offense better?  Give it another huge weapon.  Watkins had 101 catches for 1,464 yards at Clemson.  The Bucs now have a running game, and 2 legit receivers in Watkins and Vincent Jackson.  My only concern is that Mike Glennon doesn’t hurt himself celebrating when the Bucs make this pick.
