Felix’s Take: The city of Cleveland has suffered for decades as a bottom barrel team in many sports. The Browns woes have centered around their inability to find an answer at QB, so they hope Bortles can come in and solve their QB woes. With solid size, mobility and a calmness in tough moments, Bortles may be the best prospect they’ve had in years. He should have an easier transition, considering Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron and newly signed Ben Tate in the backfield are veterans that should upgrade the offense. There are solid pieces and potentially better overall prospects like Robinson or Mack available, but they’ll bite on Bortles’ prototype size and the recent media hype since the combine.
