By now, in some shape, form, or method of communication, you probably have heard of the hottest craze in fantasy sports — daily fantasy football.  Given its growing popularity, and my love for fantasy sports, I have decided to take the plunge into prognostication this season. One thing I’ve always found frustrating, though, is the lack of good information out there when it comes to daily fantasy. So… I decided, what the heck. Why not share with my fellow Giants fans, and GMENHQ loyal visitors, some of the knowledge I research week-to-week.

If all goes well, this will be a weekly post that you all can look forward to when deciding on your NFL daily fantasy lineups. If things go bad, well your man will probably bust out and we will just all pretend it never happened in the first place, okay? I mean, it’s not like many people use this internet thing these days, right. RIGHT?

First off, I am going to throw this disclaimer out there, these are just my opinions and I guarantee no success for you, or myself. I hope you can use some of the players I post here as possible options, but in no means are they the only options. In the end, you must make the final decisions for yourself.

Whew, okay, now that we have gotten that out of the way let’s get into how this post will breakdown from week to week. First off, I am going to be going off of the two biggest daily fantasy sites out there right now, DraftKings and FanDuel. I will be taking a look at 5 players that I believe offer very good value for their respective salaries. Each site has their own salary structure, so I will do them separately for each.  I will also be using Fantasy Pros cheat sheets for help with determining value picks.
