Next, FanDuel

1. Andre Ellington — At $6,8000 Ellington is the 19th most expensive RB in FanDuel.  I have him as a top 10 PPR option this week, so I am loving his value.  However, Ellington was limited in practice today with a foot injury, so be sure to monitor that situation.

1. Shaun Hill – At $5,000 Hill is at the QB salary floor for FanDuel.  Hill will be facing a very weak Vikings secondary and should put up a decent amount of points.  Saving big here, could help you get some studs to fill out a lot of the rest of your roster.

2. Montee Ball — Ball’s $8,000 salary for this week keeps him just out of the top ten in RB salaries, but you are getting a top 5 PPR play this week.  I have already mentioned Indy’s porous defense, meaning Ball should put up big numbers on Sunday night.

3. Justin Hunter — Hunter is a bit of a risky play, but at $4,8000 he allows you to spend elsewhere while still offering significant upside.  The Chiefs secondary is a bit suspect and Hunter could be in for a big week.

4. Jimmy Graham — Take that money you saved with Hunter and spend it on Jimmy Graham.  At $8,100 he’s the highest salaried tight end, but I believe he will be worth every penny this week.  The Falcons defense looks terrible and Graham has a history of scoring touchdowns on them, as it is.  I think Graham is going to put up some big time fantasy numbers in week one.

5.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers DEF — I really liked the Buccaneers value before news broke that Cam Newton is still ailing from his rib injury and might not play against them on Sunday. Boy, am I officially on the hype train now.  Defense isn’t a place you want to splurge and at only $4,900 (21st ranked salary) you don’t need to here. You will thank me later, especially if Cam Newton sits and the interception machine known as Derek Anderson replaces him on Sunday.

Well, there you have it ladies and gentleman, my first brave foray into NFL daily fantasy values.  Hopefully these picks pan out because I don’t want to have to go into hiding next week.
