Per the New York Giants official site, here is the inactive list for the New York Giants vs Houston Texans week three match-up today:

NEW YORK GIANTS
LB – Jon Beason
WR – Odell Beckham
LB – Devon Kennard
T – Charles Brown
DE – Kerry Wynn
T – James Brewer
DT – Jay Bromley

HOUSTON TEXANS
T – Jeff Adams
LB – Jadeveon Clowney
RB – Arian Foster
S – Shiloh Keo
T – Louis Nix
WR – DeVier Posey
QB – Tom Savage

Obviously, the big news here is Arian Foster being ruled out today due to a hamstring issue. For my expanded thoughts on Foster being out, and what it means today for the Giants, check out my post on the news.

For the Giants, there are no surprises among the inactive players today. Losing middle linebacker, Jon Beason, will be a big loss, especially with rookie Devon Kennard also still being sidelined. Rookie defensive tackle, Jay Bromley, who was active last week is back to not dressing for game day.

The other big name for the Texans who is out is their number one draft choice from May, defensive end Jadaveon Clowney. Clowney underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus that he suffered in week one against the Washington Redskins. The Giants will still have to deal with J.J. Watt, one of the most dominant defensive ends in the league.
