It’s Saturday, that means College Football. And — there have been some decent games to discuss today. Like how Georgia blanked the Missouri Tigers 34-0:

But really, who cares about the Missouri Tigers? Regardless of their defending SEC East championship status, the Bulldogs beat them down without Todd Gurley. What a performance, but it doesn’t have anything to do with Giants vs Eagles on Sunday Night Football, so who cares?

Perhaps College Football fans? Maybe… but they have a lot to keep them entertained today. Oklahoma beat Texas 31-26. Additionally, Florida State beat down Syracuse 38-20 in a game that many fans around the New York area probably don’t want to talk about.

For a full slate of CFB scores, go to this page at ESPN. There were a bunch of games in progress as we type out this thread, that we’d love to discuss with Giants Nation.

Tomorrow night, it’ll all be about the NFL and one of the all-time rivalries in sports. The New York Football Giants vs The Philadelphia Eagles on Prime Time NFL Sunday Night, it will be a great game that the G-men have a legitimate chance of winning in order to control their own destiny in the NFC East.

Before that happens, we have a whole slate of College Football games to get through. So tell us three things, Giants Nation:

  1. Which teams are you rooting for?
  2. Why are you cheering for them?
  3. And — who wins the National Championship this College Football year?

GMEN HQ fans, this is your College Football open thread. Please use it to discuss anything that you’d like.
