4. Inability To Draft Quality

Let’s face it, great teams know that you need a solid balance of veterans and high quality draft picks to be successful for years to come. General manager Jerry Reese has truly dropped the ball these past few years when it comes to his drafting skills. They just aren’t getting the right playmakers in place to help support the cause on offense, defense or even special teams. Most teams find the right formula by building through the draft and adding proven veterans which the Giants have neglected to do in quite some time now.

For the 2015 NFL Draft, at this rate the Giants should have a top ten draft pick and should use it to bolster some key areas on the team. Whether they go after the best quarterback available or even a top cornerback, they need to bring in a top athlete that can make an immediate impact upon arrival.
