3. Devante Parker, Louisville (6-3 209 pounds)

Devante Parker surprisingly opted to stay at Louisville last season instead of entering the draft with his quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. Parker is a technician on the field as he runs very precise routes and is always where he is supposed to be. He does not quite have the explosiveness of Cooper and White but is every bit as dependable.

One thing I really like about Parker’s game is his ability to go up and attack the football at its highest point. Parker is the kind of guy that quarterbacks trust to come down with the football.
