Sammie Coates is your prototypical deep threat. His game needs some polishing but his physical ability is unquestionable. Coates’s draft stock will be heavily influenced by his 40 yard dash time. He is a developing play maker who the Auburn Tigers have leaned on heavily.

Many consider Coates a top three receiving prospect this upcoming draft and rightfully so. His abilities separate him from the rest, especially with his reputation of being a community-driven kind of athlete. Coates has a good head on his shoulders that makes him quite the talent to have on any team looking to bolster their receiving corps while having a better presence in their community.
