2. No More Losing Streaks

To be a great team you have to avoid losing streaks. The NFL season is one of ups and downs and only the 1972 Miami Dolphins were perfect. Perfection is not the goal. The goal is to be consistent. If you lose one game, get back to your winning ways the next week. The Giants have a habit of losing streaks.

This season they lost 7 straight games. Last year they lost their first 6 games of the season. Its time to break the habit; that is what celebrating the new year is all about.
