8. Draft Better

My criticism of general manager Jerry Reese is well documented. The overall lack of talent on this team is attributed to the poor drafting methods Reese and company have. The Giants’ offensive line, linebacker group and secondary all need major replenishing.

The 2015 NFL Draft gives teams an opportunity to grow and the Giants do not take advantage. Surely, Reese has hit on some stars but his overall draft history is pretty underwhelming. This team must start the rebuilding process this May and start making quality decisions on which athletes can immediately contribute.
