5. Tom Coughlin Brings Best Option To Win

It’s not easy dealing with a seven-game losing streak or worrying about job security amidst consecutive losses in completely winnable games. Head coach Tom Coughlin did a terrific job keeping the Giants in check to make sure the season didn’t spiral out of control when the going got tough. Truth of the situation is he had to deal with a ton of key injuries that literally crippled the team.

With key veterans and leaders out for the season, it’s hard to imagine finding ways to put a positive on certain things. Coughlin was able to keep everyone swimming above water and keep playing to the best of their abilities. It’s not easy getting the best out of players that got thrown into starting lineups due to injuries but he was able to make the transition a smooth one by the connections he’s built with his players.

Overall, Coughlin deserves to be back in 2015 and will most likely return to keep up the fight to bring the Giants back into contention next season.
