Thomas is a very curious case. He is no question one of the best receivers in the NFL overall, but he also has one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time throwing to him. Should Thomas decide to jump ship from a franchise that’s in a downward spiral, his production could decline.

On the bright side, Thomas has shown only a steady increase the past couple of years. This past season was his best by far, putting up a whopping 1,619 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. Thomas is going to be looking for a serious payday.

If the Giants are serious about adding even more of a jolt into their West Coast offense, acquiring Thomas would give them another much-needed dimension to really have it be effectively against opposing teams.
