1. QB Jameis Winston, FSU
If you select Jameis Winston to be your franchise quarterback you cannot overlook the red flags completely. Winston has so much talent but he also is unpolished as a quarterback. When you throw in his off the field concerns, there is quite a lot to worry about for the team that drafts Winston.
Winston is a slow decision maker, who forces late throws and takes many sacks. He is prone to the boneheaded interception. Winston is simply a raw prospect. Many look at his talent and excuse his flaws but this could be a slippery slope.
Winston is the very definition of a boom or bust player. He has the physical ability to be amazing but there are issues that could get in his way.
