Harry Carson and Jim Burt: Batman and Robin
Jim Burt was a nice player and gets full credit for inventing the now ubiquitous Gatorade bath. But Harry Carson was Batman. Not only for the stealthy ways he showered Bill Parcells (including the infamous yellow security jacket attack in Super Bowl XXI), but also for helping to usher in and lead Lawrence Taylor, Carl Banks, and the rest of the Big Blue Wrecking Crew to their first Super Bowl title. This, while still playing at a high level late into his hall of fame career.
