43. Cleveland Browns: Maxx Williams, TE (Minnesota)

The Browns did not use the franchise tag on their star tight end, Jordan Cameron. They will likely lose Cameron in free agency and replace him with Maxx Williams. Williams is a matchup nightmare for defenses because of a good combination of size, speed and vertical ability.

Williams is unequivocally the best tight end in this draft class. The Browns added Devante Parker with their first pick in this mock draft. The Browns, who are still looking for their quarterback of the future, have to keep talent on the offense. This is a no brainer selection for the Browns.

The draft is about value and this pick would give the Browns great value. I have Williams ranked as the 42nd player on the GMENHQ Big Board. The 43rd selection is a perfect landing spot.
