33. Tennessee Titans: Devin Smith, WR (Ohio State)

The Titans will be absolutely enamored with Devin Smith, who can take the top off of any defense. There are receivers left that are more polished and pro ready than Smith, but the Titans will draft Smith due to his potential.

Of the receivers going in the second round, Smith may have the highest ceiling. He has great vertical ability along with his speed. Smith is an instant red zone weapon.

The biggest reason to draft Smith is that he is a QB friendly receiver. You can’t overthrow Smith on the deep ball. If you throw up a prayer, Smith can go grab the football. The Titans have quarterback concerns, so they draft the receiver that will help their quarterbacks the most.
