2. Henry Melton, DT

Once upon a time, Henry Melton was one of the best defensive tackles in all of football, playing for the Chicago Bears. A season ending injury in 2013 ended his time with the Bears and on he went to play for the Dallas Cowboys.

Melton was a productive pass rusher as an interior defensive lineman with 5 sacks. From 2011-2012 he totaled 13 sacks. The 28-year-old defensive tackle probably won’t be retained by the Cowboys, who have salary cap concerns.

Melton would be the perfect fit for the Giants, who value defensive tackles who can rush the passer and penetrate the backfield to stifle the running game. This makes a lot of sense for the Giants.
