Plan C: Vic Beasley, OLB/DE (Clemson)

Vic Beasley could add pass rushing talent to the Giants. I am of course assuming that Leonard Williams and Shane Ray are off the board at the 9th overall selection. In that case, Beasley is the best option in the beat up the opposing quarterback department.

Beasley is an almost unfair combination of size, strength and speed. He is a dominant pass rusher who has nothing but upside and room for growth in his game. There will always be a spot on your roster with the crazy athletic ability of Beasley.

In 2013 Beasley had 13 sacks and 23 tackles for a loss. For his encore, he had 12 sacks and 21.5 tackles for a loss in 2014. Production like this does not happen by accident. He uses his length and athletic talents to make offensive linemen miserable.

Beasley paired with Jason Pierre-Paul would be an amazing combination. The Giants would be able to hide a lot of defensive flaws with that kind of pass rush.
