25. Eric Kendricks, LB (UCLA)

Kendricks is a dominating middle linebacker with textbook tackling technique and good athletic ability. He is one of my favorite players in the draft class. What’s not to love about instinctive linebackers who tackle well?

In 2014, Kendricks was a superstar at the linebacker position. He had 149 total tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, 4 sacks, 3 interceptions (1 pick 6), and a forced fumble. It seemed that Kendricks always found his way to the football.

The 6-0 230 pound Kendricks, is a very good athlete, who can stay on the field in passing situations and sub packages. He ran a 4.61 second 40 yard dash and had a vertical jump of 38 inches.

Kendricks has the ability to be a leader for the defense of whatever team he is drafted by. He should have a long successful career.
