4. Kevin White, WR (WVU)

Kevin White jumped ahead of Amari Cooper in the second installment of our big board because, he is just a better athlete. White put on a show at the NFL Combine, running a 4.35 second 40 yard dash and having a vertical jump of 36.5 inches. White has unlimited potential and could emerge as the biggest playmaker from this draft class.

White had just two seasons on the West Virginia spotlight, upgrading from his junior college roots. In 2014 White showed the world that he was a star. He had 109 receptions, 1,447 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns, averaging 13.3 yards per reception.

In just two seasons at West Virginia he scored 15 touchdowns…wow. Thinking about that for a second is enough to blow your mind with amazement.

White is the most explosive athlete at the wide receiver position. He will be an instant star, much like Odell Beckham Jr. was for the Giants in 2014. He can burn by any cornerback and his ability to leap and make contested catches makes him a great red zone threat.

Next: 5. Jameis Winston, QB (FSU)
