4. Jaquiski Tartt 

Samford safety, Jaquiski Tartt, is one of the more underrated players in this draft class because of the school he attended. Watching tape will allow you to recognize his strong tackling ability, as well as his prototypical size you would be looking for in a safety standing at 6’1″ and 221 pounds.

This isn’t a class very rich with playmaking or coverage ability, and Tartt doesn’t appear to have the part of his game figured out either. His coverage skills lack starter ability at this point in his career and would probably be another player the Giants would be more inclined to place on their special teams unit.
