The Carolina Panthers have multiple issues all over the field. They have a glaring need for a wide receiver to play opposite Kelvin Benjamin. Cam Newton had a limited amount of weapons this year and it really hurt their season.

Newton was constantly pressured from the Panthers’ weak offensive line. He was the most sacked quarterback in the NFL and the last thing the Panthers need is a major injury to their star quarterback. Protecting him should be a priority.

They lost running back DeAngelo Williams, which was a huge blow to the Panthers’ backfield. They don’t have an in-house candidate to replace him. It looks like they need to find one in the draft this year.

The absence of Hardy takes away the teeth of the fearsome Panther defense. The Panthers defense showed how much they missed him this year and replacing him is essential.
