John Elway has had a win now attitude ever since Peyton Manning signed with the team. He wanted to get the most out of the few years that Manning had left. Now the Broncos are going into what most believe is Manning’s last year. Age is finally starting to catch up to the future Hall of Famer, it showed all of last season.

Manning is his own offensive coordinator, and throwing a new head coach into the mix who may want to change things up wasn’t the smartest idea of Elway’s. Kubiak and Manning may not see eye to eye.

Broncos fans better hope the Kubiak complies with Manning’s wishes because frustration in the locker room is the last thing this team needs. With all the issues on the rise, the Broncos are a big question mark going into this season.

If Manning struggled last year from injuries, it’s only going to get worse this year. Losing Julius Thomas doesn’t help the situation either. The Broncos are no doubt contenders in 2015, but Manning’s questionable play places them just outside of the top five. As long as Manning is healthy and on the roster, the Broncos are in the race for the Lombardi trophy.
