28. Cleveland Browns

Sorry Browns fans, but 28 seems pretty fitting when you sign Josh McCown and the quarterback you drafted in the first round is in rehab. It sends a bad message to the rest of the team if the teams’ leader can’t even hold his own life together. Not to mention that he’s getting no repercussions for it.

The Browns’ defense is solid, it’s their offense that has holes all over it. They need a wide receiver in the worst way. They have Travis Benjamin, Andrew Hawkins, and Brian Hartline on the roster. None of whom should be a number one receiving option.

Mike Pettine could definitely get this team on track, he is one of the most underrated coaches in the NFL. After all, the Browns did have a stellar first half of the year. They need some leadership first.

The question is, can Mazniel be that guy? So far it’s not looking too good.
