6. Will The Cleveland Browns Trade Up?

With the 12th and 19th overall selections in the 1st round of the NFL draft, it would be feasible for the Cleveland Browns to trade up. Whether it be for a quarterback, wide receiver or pass rusher, the Browns desperately need top talent.

The Browns probably won’t trade up though. They will most likely use their two picks as a way to bring in two great players to their team. The Browns have a history of reaching desperately on the wrong quarterbacks. After getting disappointed by Johnny Manziel (who they haven’t given up on yet) it is hard to see them taking a chance at a quarterback.

Devante Parker, the receiver from Louisville will likely be sitting there at the 12th spot and if he is, it makes little sense to trade up for a slightly better receiver. The Browns will actually be able to draft all positions of need (besides QB) with their two 1st round picks.

The Browns trading up is an interesting possibility because they have two 1st round selections. The problem is that it is not very practical for them to trade up.
