At the end of the day, picking Collins is the most practical fit for the Giants. The Giants desperately need a good player at this position and Collins projects to be a great player.
Collins is a rare talent he is undoubtedly the best option at his position. Not to sound like Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam fame but if the Giants pass on Collins, they can’t find a better man at the strong safety position.
Collins is a great player. He is a great value and he is the best option for the Giants. The Giants can spend the 9th overall pick in several different ways, but it would be hard to pass on Collins.
