2. Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State

The big risk with Jameis Winston is his immaturity. I think his football IQ is outstanding, and his arm talent is right up there with what you would want with a franchise quarterback. When’s the last time you heard an elite quarterback have as many run-in’s with the law as he has in his young career? It’s a big concern, of course.

Is he ready to be the face of a franchise? Even after his pro day he was doing the “Whip” with his buddies on the sideline (the dance). Really, Jameis? Tampa Bay, or whoever decides to take Jameis might just have to swallow their pride and deal with his antics and hope his play on the field outweighs what he does off it.
