Since the Browns previously took Scherff earlier in the draft, they will once again go with an offensive pick. This time however, it’ll be for a premiere running back in Todd Gurley.</p> <p>Gurley is a natural born power running back with excellent speed, the ability to break tackles and can also contribute nicely in kickoff/punt returns. Overall, while some mock drafts have the Browns trading these draft picks and more to trade up and try to make a run at Mariota, I just don’t see it happening. The Browns will settle for bringing back the tradition of a top-notch power running game to lead the way come next season and beyond.
