31. player. 15.
The Saints know that if they’re going to rebound from last season, they made a smart move addressing their offensive line issues. Now with another pick in the first-round, they can add some quality depth for their defensive secondary.

With the No. 31 overall pick, they take cornerback Marcus Peters who has a knack for batting down passes effortlessly. At 6’0″ and 197 pounds, Peters will be a smart defensive player who isn’t flashy but pays attention to details and executes.

He might not get a ton of interceptions but his room for improvement is huge since under the right coaching, he could really give the Saints some much needed aggression on defense.
.
