Nov 29, 2014; Louisville, KY, USA; Louisville Cardinals wide receiver DeVante Parker (9) runs the ball against the Kentucky Wildcats during the second half at Papa John

10. DeVante Parker, WR (Louisville)

DeVante Parker is the one receiver in this draft class that does everything perfectly. He is a great route runner, he has consistent hands, he can win the 50/50 balls and he claims the football at the highest point.

Parker is without the eye-popping speed of Amari Cooper and Kevin White. It may be the only knock against him. Parker is a good athlete though and he makes big plays down the field.

Parker missed the first seven games of the 2014 season due to injury. In just six games Parker put up numbers that season that some receivers can’t put up in an entire season. He had 43 receptions, for 855 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Parker ended his Louisville career being flat-out unstoppable. He averaged 19.9 yards per reception in 2014. He had four games in which he caught eight or more passes. Parker is a top ten stud.

Next: 9. Trae Waynes, CB (Michigan State)
