Nov 29, 2014; Louisville, KY, USA; Louisville Cardinals wide receiver Kai De La Cruz (12) catches a pass under the pressure of Kentucky Wildcats defensive end Alvin Dupree (2) during the second half at Papa John

25. Alvin Dupree, OLB (Kentucky)

Dupree is a raw prospect who should be taken in the first round because of his high ceiling. He fits the mold for an outside linebacker in the 3-4 defense being 6-4 and 269 pounds. Dupree is a phenomenal athlete, who could become a great player in the NFL.

Dupree had an exceptional performance at the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine. He had a 4.56 40 yard dash and a remarkable 42 inch vertical jump. These results showed you the explosiveness of Dupree and the quickness.

Dupree is very much a raw pass rusher, who needs to work on his pass rush move repertoire. Dupree has the physical ability to be special, but he is in need of development.

I have always believed in drafting based on potential, and Dupree has as much potential as guys like Dante Fowler Jr. and Vic Beasley. He won’t give you the same kind of production in his rookie year, but he could end up being the best at his position in this draft down the road.
