3. Kevin White, WR (WVU)

Kevin White is one of the most incredible football players, let alone receivers you will ever see. White has a big and physical 6-3 frame, with top end speed and vertical ability.

While White lacks polish, his talent shines brightly. Almost out of nowhere he became the nation’s top receiver. In 2014 he caught 110 receptions for 1,447 yards and 10 touchdowns. The Mountaineers leaned on him last season.

White is a great wide receiver. At the combine he showed the world that he is without even a fraction of a doubt that he was the best athlete at the wide receiver position in the 2015 NFL Draft.

This is a guy with a high floor and a ceiling that is taller than the clouds. White may be the safest pick in this draft class, because you know he is going to be a star.

Next: 2. Leonard Williams, DE (USC)
