2. Leonard Williams, DE (USC)
Leonard Williams is the second best player in the draft, and the best player that isn’t a quarterback (Spoiler alert). Williams is a defensive end who can dominate in any defensive system.
Williams has the power, frame and length that makes him perfect for the 3-4 defensive end role. Williams has the quickness and speed to be a dominating pass rusher off the edge in the 4-3 defense. He can even play defensive tackle, there is nothing Williams can’t do.
Williams is a combination of J.J. Watt and Richard Seymour. I compared him to two all time greats for a reason; Leonard Williams is that good.
Williams should be the first defensive player selected because he can do anything on the defensive line.
Next: 1. Marcus Mariota, QB (Oregon)
