4. Dee Milliner (2013)
The New York Jets held the No. 9 draft pick in 2013 and selected cornerback Dee Milliner from Alabama. There were high hopes for Milliner to replace Darrelle Revis in the Jets’ defensive secondary but those hopes have been dashed so far.
Milliner has struggled mightily over his two seasons as a pro and added to his long injury history last October when his season was ended by an Achilles injury. With a new defense being installed and concerns on whether or not Milliner will be ready for the start of the 2015 season, one would have to wonder if Milliner will even make the final roster.
