3. Luke Kuechly (2012)

The Carolina Panthers have made perhaps the best selection on this list by taking linebacker Luke Kuechly from Boston College at the No. 9 spot in 2012. Kuechly has been a monster since his rookie season and has cemented himself as one of the best linebackers in the NFL.

Kuechly is a natural born leader and a tackling machine that has made him a Pro Bowler and a defensive captain on the Panthers. Taking Kuechly was a home run pick for the Panthers and hopefully the Giants can do the same in 2015.
