2. Trey Flowers, OLB (Arkansas)
One of the truly underrated players in this draft class is Trey Flowers, the solid outside linebacker from the Arkansas Razorbacks. Flowers has the size and strength to be a strong player as a 3-4 outside linebacker.
Flowers is an explosive but not overly fast player. He is 6-2 and weighs 266 pounds and he has great strength. He strikes me as a guy who could set the edge as a running downs outside linebacker.
He will give you decent pass rush but he doesn’t have elite traits in that department. He reminds me of Jarret Johnson. He is a guy who wins with heart, strength and technique.
I think if you give Flowers the time to develop, he is going to be a good player. Flowers is a high potential guy.
