4th Round Grades:

14. Stefon Diggs, UMD (6.9): Diggs is an explosive receiver who can make jaw dropping plays. If it weren’t for two season ending leg injuries in a row, Diggs could be a much higher draft prospect. Diggs showed at the NFL Combine that he is still a great talent.

15. Justin Hardy, East Carolina (6.5): Hardy is an undersized 5-1o receiver who finds a way to get open and make plays. He projects as a crafty slot receiver in the NFL. He could be a Wes Welker like star.

16. Tony Lippett, MSU (6.5): Lippett does not have sensational speed but he has a good build for a receiver. He put up some good numbers at Michigan State, he had over 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns receiving in 2014.

17. Tyler Lockette, KSU (6.5): Lockette is a quick and sharp route runner who managed to get open despite his small 5-9 frame. He is great with yards after the catch.
